Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are all within a short drive in Soldotna and Kenai. The property sits on two private acres directly on the Kenai River, surrounded by spruce forest and far enough from town to feel like true wilderness — but close enough that you're never more than a few minutes from supplies.
